OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Make sure you bring the following with you:

• Hiking boots (water-proof)
  
• Warm and water-proof clothes.
  
• Food for your dinner and breakfast if you want to cook (usually most of the people look for a restaurant on saturday to have dinner)
  
• Rucksack
  
• Sleeping bag
  
• VERY IMPORTANT: Head Torch for mountain biking and the afternoon/night hike
  

Those without the proper gear will not be allowed to come.

If somebody with another car joins this meetup, I will increase the amount of people that can join us (up to 18).

All common costs (accomodation, petrol) will be split. The exactly costs will be published soon, the following list is an estimation:

• Petrol: 75 EUR/car
  
• Accomodation (two nights): 30-45 EUR/person
  
• Bike rental: around 18 EUR/person
  
• Food (for Saturday's barbecue): 10-15 EUR/person
  

The car driver is responsible for requesting the costs of his/her passengers.

NOTE: On Saturday night, we normally go out to a restaurant as a group and menu prices generally range from 20-30EUR/person. Afterwards, those who have the energy tend to go and have some drinks at a local bar. This has normally been the trend on the weekend hikes, so you should be prepared to bring with you the right amount of cash to pay for everything if you plan to take part in these activities.
