Saturday, May 29th
The Trail of Beers (Saturday's afternoon)
Trail technical data:
- Technical rating: VERY EASY
- Condition required: VERY EASY
- Distance: Around 10 Km.
- Duration: Around 2-3 hours
- Elevation (cumulative): Pending

Contest Rules:
- In every team there should be 3 people
- A max. of 9 teams will be allowed
- The teams will start with 5 mins of difference
- There will be 8 control points with an organizer at each point
- In each control point, every team will receive 2 beers that they can choose to drink or not (that means every team can or should drink a total of 16 beers)
- For each beer not drunk completely (at organizer's discretion) the team will receive a penalty of 5 mins.
- At each control point the team can get an extra beer, if they decide to. If they drink the beer completely they get a bonus of 3 minutes.
- Every team can decide at every control point which people in the team should drink a beer. Not every team member has to drink, if they do not decide to.
- A team can not leave a control point until every team member has arrived and the 2 beers have been drunk (or returned to the organizer with the 5 mins penalty).
- The winner will be the team taking less time to complete the circuit (including the penalties and bonuses).
- To join this event Join the waiting list with a comment with the name of your team, the names of the other two team members and if you are going to bring a car.
- If you do not find enough people to complete a team, join the waiting list informing about this situation. I will manage it with other people in the same situation to create a team.
- The Organizers recommend to bring with you a lot of water and to consume the beers in a responsible way. It's better to take the 5 mins penalty that not to arrive to the finish.
- People that do not want to join the contest will not be allowed to join it.
- The 10 EUR fee is to cover the contest costs (beers, signs, etc.)

Camping
We will stay in appartments (the cost will be split: 125 EUR/appartment for the whole weekend). If you want to sleep in a tent, you have to write it in the comment of your RSVP.

Relax
We will decide on Sunday to walk along the coast or take a sun batch... and if you want you can eat a paella at the beach.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Make sure you bring the following with you:
- Sport shoes
- Water-proof clothes.
- Water for the first hike (at least 2 liters)
- Rucksack
- Sleeping bag
- Towel and sheets
Those without the proper gear will not be allowed to come.

The teams and their members will be added to the event from April 1st according to the comment of your RSVP (see the rules of what do you have to write), your position in the waiting list and car availability. This means that if by April 1st you do not say all the team members in your comment, the teams will be created stricly in the order of the waiting list choosing first those people who defined a team.
Petrol costs (aprox. petrol costs: 45 EUR). will be split. The car driver is responsible for requesting the costs of his/her passengers.

Each appartment costs 125 EUR for the whole weekend. That means that if 6 people are in the appartment, it will cost around 21 EUR/person for the whole weekend.

TWO BEERSSSSSSSSSSSS. There should be handicaps on this trials :D
